This is the question of Team BAS ENZ to Reddy and Fuchs: How would you go about being more aware of your own level of trust in a shared world in your research context?
– What is trust?
– How is trust involved in the construction and maintainance of (an enactive) self?
– We are looking for you to formulate a measurement scale for self-perception of trust in research contexts, yet we do not know what exactly trust is or what it is relative to in various experimental and everyday and pathological contexts.
Could Reddy’s findings about the interactional dynamics of infant development help us understand the development of schizophrenia? On this basis, may we think of developing early preventive interventions?
The term disembodiment is disturbing
a. Because if body is taken in a Merleau-Pontian fashion (which we thought you are doing) then we cannot speak of complete disembodiment
b. So maybe the description of the symptoms would consist of looking at the body’s role in the following types of interaction processes
i. body in non-pathological
ii. typical schizophrenic body
iii. schizophrenic body in the therapeutic process
Please FOCUS on the iii. part (in bodily therapy wouldn’t the symptoms be enhanced?)
